Luis has worked in the real estate world for many years helping individuals and families all across DFW sell and buy their dream homes. In addition, he has handled national and international relocations and has assisted custom home builders in identifying and negotiating unimproved land and distressed homes for profit.
Adding to his real estate expertise, Luis has a strong legal background with international experience. He is a licensed attorney in Mexico and has a Master's in International and Comparative Law from SMU Dedman School of Law. He worked as an attorney in Mexico for seven years, representing clients in complex tax and administrative litigation including, but not limited to construction law and city ordinance compliance. Additionally, he drafted contracts for mergers, acquisitions, leasing, as well as non-disclosure agreements. He also worked for an American Law Firm for four years drafting diverse documents for criminal and civil litigation. His legal background aids greatly in handling the contract work, details, and negotiation skills involved in a real estate transaction.
